TJ is our new Food and Beverage Manager. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University and he has over 8 years’ experience working in restaurants. TJ’s career started in corporate chains like Ruby Tuesday’s and Outback Steakhouse. TJ comes to us from Sumo Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar where he had much success in the role of General Manager. In the last year, TJ has opened three Teppanyaki Grill Restaurants for the company. TJ’s experience with Sumo Japanese Steakhouse included marketing the grand openings, working with the local Chamber of Commerce, recruiting and staffing, training staff, customer relations and hosting event nights.
